Gerding Edlen Development

In 2007, Gerding Edlen Development was selected for the redevelopment of San Diego City Hall  complex.  From that point, it took two years before the City Council voted to enter into an exclusive negotiating agreement with GED - just to evaluate the project! We drive media coverage of GED’s visionary plan to prove that their proposal is a cost-saving solution, powerful economic stimulus and eco-conscious model for the nation by countering cost misconceptions and perceived conflicts of interest.  More to come in early 2010…
